      Unit 4: Human Resources for a Dental Practice Manager
      • Learn how to recruit, interview and induct new members of staff successfully.
      • Discover essential compliance and the appropriate policies, protocols and procedures.

      • Identify practice Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and strategic ways to meet practice objectives.
      • Gain a good understanding and learn how to read and set goals that reflect a practice's Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement.
      • Understand a dental practices main financial documentation and its purpose. 
      • Learn key processes of controlling and monitoring budgets in dental practice.

       

      Unit 7: The Art of Effective Communication
        • Discover why effective communication is key to any practice manager's success.
        • Learn the fundamentals of effective communication within the role of a practice manager.
        • Explore and learn how to master the different types of communication.
        • Learn how to maximise your communication skills and improve its effect on your dental practice and your team.

         

  • Although there is no specified time limit, studied part time this course can be completed within 3 months.

  • You can start as soon as your enrolment is processed and you receive your course pack (typically within 3 -5 days).

  • This is a distance-based course with tutor support included; learners will be provided with a hard copy of learning and assessment materials which they will receive typically within 3 -5 days of enrolment. Of course, all our support services are also provided as needed.
